Privacy Notice on the Processing of Personal Data
Rothe Çikolata ve Şekerleme San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("Company") takes the highest level of security measures to protect your privacy and to ensure that your personal data is collected, stored, and shared in accordance with the law.
In accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law No. 6698"), our purpose is to inform you in the most transparent manner regarding how your personal data is collected, the purposes of processing, the parties with whom it is shared, the legal grounds for processing, and your rights.
a) Data Controller
Pursuant to Law No. 6698, your personal data may be collected and processed by Rothe Çikolata ve Şekerleme San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. in the capacity of Data Controller, within the scope described below.
b) Purpose of Processing Personal Data
The Company may collect personal data in the categories of identity information (your name and surname), contact information (your e-mail address, telephone number, city, district, and country information), opinions/suggestions/requests/messages submitted to us, and transaction security information.
Your collected personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
To provide you with Company products and services, to fulfill our obligations toward you, to maintain records and documents, and to comply with information storage, reporting, information, tax, and other obligations stipulated by local and international legislation.
To receive, evaluate, and manage your opinions, suggestions, requests, messages, and complaints; to finalize these requests regarding our products and services; and to provide you with feedback.
To communicate for the purpose of IT requirements, system infrastructure, the necessity of IT support services, and to provide you with the necessary information regarding these services and products.
To comply with information storage, reporting, and notification obligations stipulated by official institutions; to fulfill the requirements of contracts; and to perform the legal obligations to which the Company is subject regarding the utilization of these services.
To manage the Company’s commercial and business strategies, including financial operations, communication, procurement operations (requests, proposals, evaluation, orders, budgeting, contracts), internal system and application management, and legal operations.
To determine your usage preferences and browsing history (cookies) if you use our website and/or mobile application.
To examine, evaluate, and respond to requests from official authorities or from you.

Your collected personal data may be transferred, limited to the realization of the purposes stated above, to:
Relevant business units to carry out necessary work to benefit from the products and services offered; to real or legal persons, program partner institutions, and organizations from whom we receive services or cooperate with.
Internal audit units and independent auditors regarding audits.
Persons, institutions, and organizations from whom we receive services within the scope of the Customer Communication Center for managing your opinions/suggestions/requests/messages and complaints.
The Company’s business partners, shareholders, and affiliates.
Persons or organizations permitted by the Turkish Commercial Code, the Turkish Code of Obligations, and other relevant legislation.
Legally authorized public institutions and organizations, administrative authorities, and legal bodies.
Subject to your explicit consent, your data may be transferred to:
Our agencies, consultants, and suppliers with overseas infrastructure for the purposes of conducting traffic measurement, statistical analysis, CRM, market analysis, digital campaigns, and marketing.
Suppliers with overseas infrastructure to provide e-mail or SMS notifications regarding the contracts or transactions you have made with our Company.
Providers of commercial electronic message tools to enable promotion and advertising based on your shopping preferences, tastes, and habits.

ç) Method and Legal Basis of Collection
Your personal data is collected orally, in writing, or electronically through our website, call centers, and social media accounts. This collection is limited to legal grounds such as explicit consent, fulfillment of a contract, legal requirements, your making the data public, establishment/protection of a right, and the Company’s legitimate interests provided they do not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
d) Rights of the Personal Data Owner (Article 11 of Law No. 6698)
As a personal data owner, you have the right to:
Learn whether your personal data is being processed.
Request information regarding processed data.
Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose.
Know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad.
Request correction of incomplete or incorrect data and notify third parties of this correction.
Request deletion or destruction of data if the reasons for processing cease to exist.
Object to a result against you caused by the analysis of data through automated systems.
Request compensation for damages resulting from unlawful data processing.
You may submit your requests regarding these rights in writing (in Turkish) via registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the e-mail address previously registered in our system. The Company reserves the right to verify your identity before responding.
Your application must include: a) Your name, surname, and signature (if written). b) T.C. identity number (or nationality/passport number for foreigners). c) Your residence or workplace address for notification. ç) Your e-mail address, telephone, and fax number for notification. d) The subject of your request.
Please note: Providing complete and accurate information is necessary for the Company to conduct a qualified investigation into your request. The Company reserves its legal rights in cases where insufficient information is provided.
